We are looking for a part-time Accountant to strengthen our agency. As a digital marketing agency, we help our clients achieve digital visibility through tailored strategies.

In Short

• Responsible for ongoing accounts receivable and payable bookkeeping.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage payment transactions and account reconciliations.
• Handle VAT-related issues and ensure correct reporting.
• Collaborate closely with controlling, tax advisors, and other departments.
• Maintain all accounting-related data in the system.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and a strong affinity for the internet.
• High level of organizational skills, structure, and determination.
• Friendly and reliable personality with customer and team-oriented thinking.
• Fluent in German, good English skills are a plus.
