As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base, assisting them in both English and another language of your choice. Your contributions will ensure that every customer feels valued and understood.

Benefits

• Base salary: $2,400,000 COP.
• Connectivity allowance: $100,000 COP.
• Transportation allowance: per Colombian law.
• Schedule: 36 hours per week.
• Operating hours: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work modality: Remote.
• Contract type: Indefinite term.
