Solutions Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Partner with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate internally to maintain external security documentation and demo environments.
• Lead qualified product demos and pre-sales process for prospective customers.
• Support solution selling and work cross-functionally with customers.
• Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
• Lead and execute POCs and POVs.
• Aid in securing technical, business, and security wins.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company; 2+ years in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Messaging technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding around APIs, SDKs, Databases, Servers.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
