Overview

OneSignal is a leading omnichannel customer engagement solution, powering personalized customer journeys across mobile and web push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and email. We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound efforts and build a pipeline of new opportunities for our Strategic Account Executives (AEs).

In Short

  • Drive outbound efforts and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with assigned AEs to strategize outreach plans.
  • Identify and research accounts that fit OneSignal’s ICP.
  • Execute personalized outreach through multi-channel engagement.
  • Follow up with lost opportunities and high-potential leads.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for AEs.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings that convert to pipeline opportunities.
  • Become fluent in OneSignal’s product offerings.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Experience in building lead lists and crafting outbound sequences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive self-starter attitude.
  • Coachability and growth mindset.
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Professionalism and ambition to grow into an Account Executive role.
