Overview

The Technical Support Specialist at OnePlan will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to clients and partners, ensuring they have a successful experience with OnePlan's AI-enabled solutions.

In Short

  • Provide technical support via chat, email, or video.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain support documentation.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a technical support role.
  • Experience with enterprise software applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA or Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • Comfortable in cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
