Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at OnePlan, you will be the technical expert supporting our clients and partners through every stage of the product experience, ensuring their success and confidence in using OnePlan's solutions.

In Short

  • Build deep product knowledge across OnePlan products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop clear solutions.
  • Support customers via chat, email, or video.
  • Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and product training.
  • Track and report on technical support progress.
  • Participate in testing for product enhancements.
  • Assist clients during go-live and adoption phases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in technical support.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a professional services or customer-facing technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical users.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
  • Comfortable in cloud environments and testing applications.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
