Senior HR Operations Analyst / HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Senior HR Operations Analyst plays a critical role in executing core HR processes that support organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This role focuses on delivering accurate and efficient execution of day-to-day support across payroll, onboarding, recruiting operations, benefits administration, HR communications, and data integrity.

• Execute and continuously improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding logistics and ensure a smooth new hire experience.
• Administer benefits and assist employees with related questions.
• Maintain and audit employee records data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace issues.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting operations.
• Support internal communications related to HR programs and policies.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable HR programs.
• Monitor and generate reports on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
• Maintain SOPs and track recurring HR calendar activities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Experience supporting employee relations and payroll operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Focus on process improvement and aligning HR operations with business growth.
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination is preferred.
