Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the performing arts industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our high-profile Customers, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Key business Customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance assessments.
  • Drive ongoing customer engagement with our platform.
  • Implement platform through a measured project plan for new Customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to Customers.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals for Customer Account base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
  • Resolve escalated ticketing issues providing high-level customer service.
  • Research trends and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Performing Arts or Box Office environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on a performance-based compensation structure.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptive to change in a dynamic work environment.
