Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Accounts Payable (“AP”) functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, focusing on vendor communication and processing invoices.

In Short

• Own and manage the AP inbox for vendor inquiries and invoice status.
• Complete daily invoice processing for field service partners and corporate vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive the invoice validation process.
• Maintain vendor records and register new partners in the accounting software.
• Adaptable and agile individual who can navigate complex situations.
• Proactive and results-driven with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or financial operations.
• Experience with Bill.com and ServiceCloud is a plus.
• Experience in the Solar PV industry is a plus.

• 2+ years of direct experience in Accounts Payable and/or financial operations.
