Overview

We’re looking for a Business Director to join one of the Client Experience teams at Hearts, leading a mix of accounts and an eager team, encouraging team growth and retention.

In Short

  • Lead a mix of accounts and team at Hearts.
  • Shape and communicate client experience inside and outside the agency.
  • Build relationships with high-level clients including Tropicana and Hargreaves Lansdown.
  • Deliver best-in-class media planning, creative ideas, and effective campaigns.
  • Manage and develop a team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work with a variety of brands to gain diverse experience.
  • Encourage team growth and retention.
  • Challenge conventions and provide innovative solutions.
  • Orchestrate responses alongside wider agency teams.
  • Support flexible working arrangements.

Requirements

  • Considerable experience in client management.
  • Strong knowledge of client business challenges.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in media planning and campaign execution.
