Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and organised Client Leadership Account Director to work across the fast paced, and incredibly exciting clients, NSPCC & Le Shuttle.

In Short

• Lead client service and collaboration across departments.
• Manage and develop the Client Leadership Manager.
• Chair and lead purposeful meetings.
• Write and deliver compelling presentations.
• Oversee campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Utilize planning tools for campaign direction.
• Set campaign budgets and deliver plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients and agencies.
• Manage resources and workload pressures.
• Understand research methodologies for campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in client leadership and account management.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with media planning and campaign strategies.
• Proven team management capabilities.
• Understanding of budget management.
• Knowledge of research tools like YouGov and TGI.
• Ability to influence and persuade clients.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
