Overview

The Associate Director, Leadership Communications will drive and execute strategic employee communications, evolving the Leader Communications function within the Internal Communications team at Oscar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in communications or public relations.
• 5+ years managing complex projects for C-suite executives.
