Overview

The Associate Director, Client Finance at Wpromote is responsible for optimizing financial performance and empowering internal departments via strategic financial support. This role involves supporting the Director of FP&A and CFO by collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring top-tier financial service to maximize profitability at the agency level.

• Partner with Client Service, Sales, and other departments to develop client SOW contracts.
• Oversee budget tracking and resource allocation reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for agency fees.
• Provide financial consultation to cross-functional teams.
• Recommend staffing adjustments based on performance.
• Assist in pricing and negotiation of client fee agreements.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Analyze key financial metrics to improve profitability.
• Implement and manage financial systems and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Media Planning, SEO, SEM, and Analytics.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
• Experience with various ERP and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
