Overview

Omada’s Clinical Quality Team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance our mission of delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare through data-driven insights and innovation. This role sets a new standard for quality and equity in digital health by applying advanced analytical expertise to solve complex problems of diverse scope.

In Short

  • Partner with Clinical Quality Program Managers and collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and commercial teams.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and visualizations.
  • Identify and refine performance metrics that align with strategic goals.
  • Champion the adoption of self-service analytics among care teams.
  • Lead analytical efforts to support healthcare accreditation submissions.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning models for personalized care.
  • Serve as a liaison between data enablement and Clinical Quality teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in analytics, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
  • Expert SQL skills and proficiency in programming languages (Python or R preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of BI tools and data visualization, especially Tableau.
  • Experience with advanced statistical methods.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
