The Sales Category Development Manager will play a key role in category management and analytics for Target and Drug retailers. This position focuses on leveraging data to drive growth and insights for a range of health and wellness products.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Category Management and/or Sales Analytics.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with syndicated databases and Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge of retail strategies for Target and Drug.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for growth and brand development.
  • Experience in sales planning and broker networks.
  • Ability to build visual recommendations.
  • Experience with customer-specific portals.
