An exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead our commercial activities across the European Economic Area, focusing on driving growth through partnerships and key client development.

In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe.
  • Formulate revenue strategy based on the product offering in Europe.
  • Work closely with local executive leadership to contribute to strategic direction.
  • Lead partnership work in Europe through identifying and negotiating with partners.
  • Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients.
  • Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes and value.
  • Build alignment between sales, marketing, product, and other business areas.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights for strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors.
  • Significant experience in a leadership role.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of futures and options products and market dynamics.
  • Highly sociable and commercially-minded communicator.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
  • Able to navigate complex negotiations with clients and partners.
