As a Property Manager Assistant and Marketing Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of a short-term rental management company, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient property management.

In Short

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Manage guest communication via the Hostaway App.
  • Ensure renters complete required registration processes.
  • Email and track completion of required forms.
  • Create and manage digital forms (Excel, Word).
  • Provide timely guest support.
  • Keep property listings updated.
  • Maintain records of property details.
  • Coordinate with the property manager on maintenance requests.
  • Perform marketing admin tasks including social media posting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in property management, hospitality, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and online form creation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and booking systems.
  • Comfortable coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
