In Short

• Assist experienced property managers to manage and optimize the performance of their portfolios
• Deliver timely and exceptional customer service to investors and residents
• Communicate directly with investors when questions arise
• Assess and research investor inquiries
• Schedule and monitor tasks across internal teams
• Provide coverage for portfolios when others are out of the office
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate property and rental information
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Embrace flexibility by undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

• Must have an active Indiana Real Estate License
• 1+ years of work experience in a property management related position
• A drive to help customers get results
• A passion for building a career in real estate
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset
• An understanding of fiduciary principles
• A growth mindset and critical thinking skills
• A can-do attitude that flourishes in cross-collaboration
• Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting is a plus
