The Senior Manager/Director of Customer Success will lead a global team to ensure enterprise clients maximize the value of OffSec’s training and certifications.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer success or account management, with leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise clients in a customer success-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience implementing customer success strategies.
  • Expertise in customer support ticketing systems and analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret customer data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
