Overview

Offchain Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing HR team, contributing to a positive employee experience while ensuring efficient HR operations.

In Short

• Support HR team with employee inquiries related to onboarding and HR processes.
• Assist in fostering an inclusive workplace through engagement initiatives.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and training.
• Assist with offboarding processes and ensure proper exit procedures.
• Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Create HR documentation and templates for consistency.
• Assist in performance review processes and documentation.
• Support employee development initiatives and maintain development records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in generalist roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
