• Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for paper and disposable products.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance for cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team for inventory management.
• Work closely with internal teams for product selection.
• Incorporate sustainability best practices into category management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the category.
• Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on category goals.
