Overview

This role leads and manages key technical functions of assigned Revenue Cycle departments, focusing on data reporting, denial analytics, and operational oversight to enhance revenue recovery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7 years of related experience, including 2 years of management experience.
  • Preferred experience in Healthcare / Revenue Cycle.
  • Relevant healthcare, reporting, or analytic certification preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Windows-style applications and hospital financial systems.
  • Business acumen with skills in decision making and time management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
