Digital Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Digital Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing deposit operations and loan servicing operations, as well as General Ledger balancing for all consumer and commercial accounts. This position ensures seamless and accurate execution of tasks in alignment with established policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

In Short

• Process and review mobile deposits, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
• Ensure files are balanced and exceptions are handled.
• Conduct debit card reconciliations.
• Generate reports as required by digital financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Support and conduct research related to digital deposit services.
• Perform daily General Ledger reconciliations.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance efficiencies.
• Manage loan maintenance within the Core system.
• Participate in team projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry-related experience.
• Fintech industry experience preferred.
• General Ledger reconciliation experience.
• Strong understanding of NACHA rules.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques.
• Familiarity with operations support management hardware/software.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Deadline-oriented and process-oriented.
