As a Part-Time Patient Engagement Advocate, you will play a crucial role in helping patients access care and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School/GED or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years customer support experience, 1 year in a call center.
  • Sales-oriented experience preferred.
  • Typing speed of 50-70 WPM preferred.
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency with multiple systems and applications.
  • Good listening and collaborative skills.
  • Empathetic attitude towards patients.
  • Receptive to coaching and development opportunities.
