Join our internal Sales Team as an SDR & Closer and help our international clients successfully break into the German market – with your sales talent, negotiation skills, and unstoppable drive.

In Short

  • Conduct video calls with pre-qualified leads and convince them in discovery and strategy calls to work with us – no cold calling involved.
  • Work remotely with our modern CRM system so you can fully focus on what you do best – closing deals.
  • Support our international clients strategically as they enter the German market.
  • Regularly review and optimize the sales strategy for the German market.

Requirements

  • You speak and write fluent German and are also comfortable communicating in English.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on closing deals.
  • You’re strategically minded, money-motivated, and love sealing the deal.
  • You’re a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and work independently with clear goals in mind.
  • You’re familiar with CRM tools and know how to use them effectively.
