We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our dedicated and hardworking team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in introducing our groundbreaking GPU products to various deployments, from data centers to edge computing.

In Short

• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, supporting sales account managers.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with engineers and management at key customer accounts.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the CSP/OEM AI market.
• Frequent on-site travel to diagnose and resolve hardware and software challenges.
• Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos and example system designs.
• Offer technical and sales training to sales teams and channel partners.
• Establish strong communication channels with internal teams for positive customer experience.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech electronics, particularly in system design or technical support.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
