As a Senior Field Application Engineer at Audinate, you will be part of a global team providing technical support and design advice to AV equipment manufacturers and software vendors in the Americas, contributing to pioneering audio and video solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries from Dante licensees in the Americas.
• Investigate and debug technical issues, providing workarounds or escalating to engineering.
• Collaborate with the sales team on OEM technical needs during presales.
• Provide technical training to OEM licensees on product development and SDKs.
• Maintain regular contact with OEM licensees to track their product development progress.
• Generate technical documentation.
• Travel locally and internationally as needed.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to manage multiple issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
