Senior Field Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Field Application Engineer will collaborate with ADTRAN's ODM partners to support manufacturing processes, manage product changes, and ensure quality standards during new product introduction and mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in optical communication products.
• Familiarity with PCBA and optical assembly manufacturing processes.
• Self-driven and a team player.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with ISO/TL audits is a plus.
• Ability to lead initiatives globally.
• Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
