Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at Audinate, you will provide direct technical support for our end user software and hardware products, contributing to pioneering the future of AV technology.

In Short

  • Provide quality front line technical support to Dante end users, integrators, resellers, and staff.
  • Investigate, debug and reproduce issues, providing workarounds or escalating to the Engineering team.
  • Work alongside a passionate Support team and organization.
  • Assist others in resolving technical issues with a strong customer focus.
  • Communicate effectively in Spanish and English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Foster positive rapport with multinational team members.
  • Experience in providing technical support for IT software and hardware products.
  • Understanding of Ethernet & IP network fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Dante products and systems is desired.
  • Use network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark to analyze network traffic.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in assisting others to resolve technical issues.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to foster positive rapport in a global environment.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux/macOS environments.
  • Understanding of Ethernet & IP network fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Dante products.
  • Ability to use network troubleshooting tools.
