Overview

Mozilla is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting SaaS tools and defining requirements for integrations and automation across our enterprise application stack.

In Short

Partner with business and technical teams to define and document requirements for application integrations and workflow automation.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Support, maintain, and optimize key enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Zoom.
Assist in the evaluation, deployment, and configuration of SaaS tools.
Coordinate with development and operations teams for effective integration and deployment.
Monitor application health and user feedback for improvements.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation.
Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies.
Work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Identify and present innovative ideas and proof of concepts.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications in organizations with 1,000+ users.
Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.
Ability to assemble, document, and translate technical requirements.
Familiarity with API-based integration concepts.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach.
