Deputy General Counsel, Commercial & Healthcare Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Deputy General Counsel, Commercial & Healthcare Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective global healthcare compliance program and providing legal advice to guide the Company in the commercialization of its first pharmaceutical product.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Massachusetts bar membership.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• At least two years of in-house experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Prior commercial launch experience is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Ability to integrate business feedback into compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
