Overview

As the Head of Finance at nuuEnergy, you will build and develop the finance and controlling foundation, ensuring transparency and management of significant cash flows while contributing to climate protection.

In Short

• Build and develop finance, accounting, and controlling processes.
• Manage cash flows with full transparency and early risk detection.
• Create financial reports and forecasts for management and investors.
• Optimize payment flows with manufacturers and partners.
• Establish a scalable financial structure.
• Handle all internal finance topics.
• Manage external service providers.
• Act as a sparring partner for C-level strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in finance/controlling/cashflow management in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to actively shape and optimize.
• Practical experience collaborating with investors, banks, or tax advisors.
• Proactive, structured, and independent working style.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge in the construction/trade environment.
