• Overall responsibility for financial strategy and operations.
• Strategic financial and budget planning for the entire company.
• Development and enhancement of controlling functions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, etc.
• Experience in building or scaling startups is advantageous.
• Completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or similar.
• Structured and independent working style with a high degree of proactivity.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and team spirit.
• Motivation to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
