Overview

A hands-on Data Scientist with AI production experience responsible for designing, building, and operating the data and ML platform from scratch. The role involves working with large-scale football performance data to enable objective benchmarking and data-driven talent identification.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data-heavy roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid SQL skills and experience in analytical schema design.
• Hands-on experience with production data pipelines.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
• Experience with statistical methods and ML in real products.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
