• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across the business.
• Design and deliver clear financial reporting for better decision-making.
• Introduce tools and processes for scalable financial systems.
• Manage tax, regulatory, audit, and company secretarial responsibilities.
• Represent the company in front of investors and partners.
• Establish high standards for finance operations in a growing company.

Requirements

• Experience in building finance functions at high-growth tech companies.
• Comfortable with both operational and strategic finance tasks.
• Ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of finance’s role in growth.
• Focus on operational excellence and detail-oriented.
• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
