Overview

Steadfast Health is seeking a dynamic, metrics-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy, reporting, and operations as we scale best-in-class addiction treatment clinics.

In Short

• Lead financial strategy and operations for addiction treatment clinics.
• Oversee FP&A, revenue cycle, and accounting.
• Partner with CEO and executive team for financial insights.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Define and oversee financial reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7-10+ years in finance leadership roles, ideally in healthcare.
• Deep FP&A experience with reporting frameworks.
• Strong grasp of healthcare reimbursement dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in behavioral health or value-based healthcare models preferred.
• Comfort operating in fast-scaling environments.
