nuuEnergy is a climate-tech startup from Munich that revolutionizes heating systems based on heat pumps and reduces CO₂ emissions in the building sector by up to 90%.

Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by establishing local heat pump installation companies throughout Germany.

In Short

• As Chief of Staff focused on Talent, you will be the right hand of the founding team.
• You will design and lead the entire recruiting process for trades and office roles.
• Develop structures for Talent Management and ensure a great workplace culture.
• Build recruiting processes from A to Z and execute them.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to scale our hiring machine.
• Develop and implement Talent & People processes.
• Be a sparring partner for the founding team on organizational and people strategy.
• Ensure that our values are lived out in everyday work.
• Take responsibility for internal communication and knowledge management.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the company culture.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / HR / People & Culture, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Experience in Project Management / Consulting / Organizational Development is a plus.
• Strong hands-on approach: You build processes and execute interviews.
• Affinity for People Development (e.g., performance management, training).
• Organizational talent with an eye for structures and processes.
• Strong communication skills, empathetic and assertive.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and joy in building things from the ground up.
