Chief of Staff (f/m/d) - Remote

Overview

As Chief of Staff with a commercial focus, you will work closely with the founders of Cosuno and have the opportunity to implement strategic projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.

In Short

• Work directly with founders and the CRO to identify and realize commercial initiatives that drive company growth.
• Lead projects in Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success with a focus on efficiency and growth.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure all commercial activities align with overarching company goals.
• Analyze market developments and customer requirements to sustainably promote Cosuno's success.
• Support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and promote expansion into new markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting, with a focus on commercial tasks.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to guide projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ambition to develop in a dynamic and fast-growing organization and take on long-term responsibilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
