Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nutrient, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, responsible for identifying and creating new sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

In Short

  • Identify, research, and connect with high-potential leads across target markets.
  • Build, deploy and execute outbound campaigns focused on driving new business.
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure fit and readiness.
  • Act as the face of Nutrient in early conversations.
  • Support campaigns from Marketing and follow up on event/webinar registrants.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute territory plans.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience cold calling and managing high-volume outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity, coachable, and a passion for learning about new technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a remote-friendly team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, developer tools, or startups is a bonus.
