Retail Marketing Associate - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate with Retail Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and coordinate deliverables for the retail channel.
• Support the creation and management of the 360 retail strategy.
• Assist in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Support visual merchandising strategy across retail partners.
• Manage cross-retail channel sampling campaigns.
• Act as a liaison between brand and retail partners.
• Lead post-campaign reporting for retail marketing campaigns.
• Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in corporate retail marketing or brand marketing.
• Familiarity with the retail prestige environment, particularly within Sephora.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience developing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage internal and retailer relationships.
