Finance Associate, FP&A - Remote

Overview

Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Associate - FP&A who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision-making across a dynamic and fluid organization.

In Short

• Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models.
• Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Provide monthly financial variance analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives.
• Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support.
• Use Tableau and QuickBooks to mine and analyze data.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analytical roles.
• Experience in high-growth eCommerce/CPG companies.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex models.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or MS Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with complex data sets.
