ERP Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

Nutrafol is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. You will assist the Sr. ERP Accountant with an upcoming ERP transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In Short

• Assist team members in the validation of master data in Quickbooks.
• Test all transactional activity in new ERP - MS Dynamics.
• Document notes and system errors.
• Manage accounting schedules for the new ERP.
• Schedule meetings and organize the ERP implementation plan.
• Support month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Perform cross-departmental reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed records of costs and expenses.
• Vendor reconciliation and processing invoices.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing/retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics, Quickbooks Desktop, and Bill.com.
• 1+ years experience with ERP implementation of MS Dynamics.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
