In Short

• Join the Corporate Finance team as a Staff Accountant.
• Examine and validate documentation for compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with operations team on revenue adjustments.
• Monitor accounts receivable objectives and metrics.
• Conduct research on cash receipts and inquiries.
• Support the broker commission process.
• Generate AdHoc reports as required.
• Work in a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site in Chicago).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail required.
