Overview

The Account Executive position is the most vital role in the business, responsible for generating revenue and maintaining client relationships.

In Short

  • Conduct sales calls with potential clients.
  • Recommend NURP products based on client needs.
  • Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.
  • Work closely with sales development representatives and the sales manager.
  • Availability for calls between 11 am and 7 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Use data to provide insights to clients.
  • Participate in department meetings and one-on-ones with the sales manager.
  • Minimum 3 years of high-ticket sales experience required.

Requirements

  • 3 years of high-ticket sales closing experience.
  • 2 years of lead development and research experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Google Workspace and CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in maintaining rapport with clients.
  • Willingness to adapt to new marketing strategies.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to achieve key performance indicators.
