Overview

A Fixed Income Analyst position at Numerix provides an excellent opportunity to solve challenging quantitative and technological problems from major customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Provide analytical support, technical assistance, and software training for clients.
• Serve as a first line of defense for production-critical issues for EMEA clients.
• Consult on issues ranging from general system usage to sophisticated numerical problems.
• Function as a link between developers and clients to analyze product gaps.
• Help develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance suite.
• Support business growth across new regions and markets.
• Act as a subject matter expert for fixed-income needs in Europe and North America.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including quantitative development and product management.
• Utilize strong mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients to address their business needs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or STEM discipline.
• Analytical experience using a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience navigating complex cross-functional landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and network administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud computing including AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of Ubuntu Linux and shell scripting.
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in macroeconomics or quantitative finance.
