IT Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IT Analyst role at Komodo Health involves maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks, solving complex technical issues, and collaborating with team members across departments.

In Short

• Provide onsite IT support in the San Francisco office 4 to 5 days a week.
• Support onboarding and off-boarding of employees and contractors.
• Provide IT training to ensure users can effectively utilize technology.
• Document support tasks and create repeatable processes.
• Resolve issues with Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, and others.
• Handle issues related to Mac and PC systems.
• Take corrective actions to solve problems efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support for Mac OS and Windows.
• First and second level support experience with various systems.
• Experience with IT Asset Management software.
• Ability to perform problem determination and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with IT Operations and cloud applications.
