Overview

Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team, focusing on delivering high-quality services to clients in the medical communications space.

In Short

• Build and maintain excellent relations with clients.
• Work closely with directors and key decision-makers.
• Organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Provide research support to the team as needed.
• Produce regular status updates for clients on current projects.
• Assist in the financial management of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred).
• 2+ years' experience in project management.
• Previous experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills.
