The Sr. UX Research and Design Manager will lead user-centered research and design within the Performance Marketing team, reporting to the Director Performance User Experience. This role will be key in improving digital experiences for prospective and current students through advanced research methodologies and UX design expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UX research and design.
Experience managing external vendors or agencies.
Strong knowledge of UX tools and methodologies.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
Familiarity with web analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in performance-driven environments.
Ability to work within Agile frameworks.
