Overview

The Senior Service Delivery Manager at NTT DATA is an advanced subject matter expert responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for complex client contracts while managing the service relationship between the client and the organization.

In Short

• Responsible for overall contract management for large complex client contracts.
• Act as an advocate for the client and ensure service continuity.
• Manage service governance structure and conduct service management review meetings.
• Identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery.
• Measure and report customer satisfaction.
• Interface with clients at various organizational levels.
• Drive effective problem resolution and manage client expectations.
• Prepare and present reports at customer-facing levels.
• Possess advanced experience in service delivery within ICT organizations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher).
• Advanced experience in service delivery and client relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Project Management knowledge is appreciated.
• Experience in managing IT projects and understanding IT service lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
