In Short

• Part-time role (20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday).

• Coordinate with agents, escrow, title, and brokerages.
• Drive deals toward funding while maintaining timelines.
• Resolve issues that may delay funding or repayment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
• Update Salesforce as transactions progress.
• Build strong relationships with agents for repeat usage.

• Support operations, accounting, and collections teams as needed.

Requirements

• Experience as real estate assistants, escrow/title assistants, or transaction coordinators.
• Customer service experience with high-volume outreach.
• Ability to check tasks off quickly and push deals to close.
• Strong organizational skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
